It is difficult to understand how much has changed since the last edition of the newsletter. Usually at this time, we are enjoying the change of color on the trees as a prelude to the holiday season. September 11 has changed all of that for us in individual and very singular ways, and our usual fall scripts don’t seem as important this year. I hope that this finds each of you well and secure.
The division was busy over the spring and summer and I want to bring you up to date in this column about its activities.
