Division 11 is offering Division 11 affiliates the opportunity to earn .7 Continuing Education Units for self-study of the division’s newsletter. Please review the following instructions for completion of relevant forms.
Instructions: The answer form (on the reverse of this page) corresponds to the questions following each article in Volume 11. Please write the corresponding letter (a, b, c, d, e), circle T for True or F for False or write in the appropriate narrative response on the given spaces for each article. A score of 80% correct (or higher) will result in attainment of .7 CEUs. All questions must be answered to qualify for credit, as partial CE credit is not available for this activity. If you are missing any of the newsletters, please contact ASHA and request replacement.
