Division 11 is offering its affiliates the opportunity to earn 0.6 Continuing Education Units for self-study of Perspectives. Please review the following instructions for completion of relevant forms.
Instructions:
The answer form corresponds to the questions following each article in Volume 12 numbers 1,2 and 3. Please write the corresponding letter (a, b, c, d, e), or T for True or F for False, or write in the appropriate narrative response on the answer sheet’s given spaces for each article. A score of 80% correct (or higher) will result in attainment of 0.6 CEUs. All questions must be answered to qualify for credit, as partial CE credit is not available for this activity. If you are missing any of the newsletters, please contact ASHA and request replacement(s).
