We are very pleased to inform you that 43 Division 11 affiliates completed the 2002 self-study Perspectives activity, earning 0.6 CEUs. The written feedback we received on Volume 12 was very positive, and we particularly appreciate your suggestions for future topics. The names of individuals who successfully completed this CEU activity are printed below.
Don’t forget to keep each issue of Volume 13; the answer sheet for all three issues will be printed in the October issue of Perspectives. If you have had any problems receiving your Perspectives, please contact the ASHA Office for assistance in problem resolution. In the October issue of Perspectives, we will reprint the CEU FAQ sheet, together with instructions for completing the self-study CEU activity for Volume 13. The answer sheet, CEU Participant Form, and self-learning assessment/feedback form will be included in the October issue. Happy summer days!
