Well, the groundhog saw his shadow and spring is around the corner. By the time you read this, a quarter of the year will be behind us already. Yes, it does go by fast. For those of us in management or supervisory roles, it seems the minute we complete one task there are three more to take its place. Consequently, one of my goals this year as coordinator of the Administration and Supervision division is to create a 25-hour day, an 8-day week, and a 13-month year so we can all catch up and still have time to enjoy our non work lives! However, being the realistic manager that I am, I will turn my efforts to achieving attainable objectives. (Is it just me or is everyone at the point where reading the cartoon “Dilbert” is like looking in the mirror?)
