Well, the summer was a wonderful one for me. My family and I took our first trip to Europe, and it was an amazing visit to Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Florence, Rome, Naples, Athens, and Venice! We have enough memories to last us more than a lifetime. Our 17-year-old is now a senior in high school, so these days are special. I hope that many of you had restful and beautiful vacations, as well.
Just a couple of weeks after our return, the Division Steering Committee (SC) met at the ASHA National Office for a 3-day work time to review our previous Strategic Plan and to formulate our plan for the coming years. Here are a few important announcements and, then, some comments on the revised Plan.
