We begin a series of articles and presentations on Quality Improvement with an introductory article by Carole Roth. Carole has done an excellent job of describing steps in the quality improvement process, specifically using the Juran Quality Improvement Process. The subsequent newsletters and an ASHA presentation will provide quality improvement examples across settings. Please contact me if you have quality improvement examples from your setting that would be of interest to the Division 11 members. We are always looking for ideas to share.
We have once again attached a form for input into the Quality Improvement Study Section Annotated Bibliography. The bibliography will only be as good as the information we receive. Please take the time to fill it out and return to Liz McCrea.
